Information in this form

The form covers your name, contact email, institution region (plus a province-level location for Chinese institutions), institution and programme, age, level of study, participation goals, skills, preliminary availability and acknowledgement of in-person final attendance if advancing. The project workspace can also save summaries, links and files you choose to provide. No passport, identity scan, date of birth, phone number, CV or transcript is requested at this stage.

Preview records and networking

Saved preview records are linked to your signed-in account. They do not confirm acceptance, reserve a competition place or constitute a judging result. Acknowledging this preview notice does not authorise profile publication. Member networking is voluntary and does not affect selection; this site does not automatically publish registration profiles to a member directory. The Registration Privacy Notice link and version, and the cross-border recipient and data scope, are still pending; those consent controls are disabled.

The formal organising entity and responsible data controller are to be confirmed.

Purposes and recipients

The final notice will specify registration, team-matching and event-communication arrangements, recipients and access. Applicable cross-border sharing must be addressed separately; the preview acknowledgement does not substitute for it.

The retention period and deletion arrangements are to be confirmed in the final notice.
